You only need 2 gums per day that you can chew at the same time or separately. This can be done at any time, during work, on the road or after a meal. The longer you chew, the better the nutrients are absorbed.

How long can you use the Instant Collagen Gum?

Pampering your body with a daily portion of collagen is a good idea.
You can continue to use our Instant Collagen Gum.
The extra vitamin C, vitamin B8 and lactic acid bacteria have been added in a responsible amount so that daily use is certainly possible.

Your skin needs some time to be activated from within. Therefore, preferably take the collagen gum for at least 3 months.
For example, after 3 months you can switch to 1 instead of 2 chewing gums per day.
